With a focus on utility sectors, framework disputes, and the PFI sector, Matt has handled numerous high-profile cases, including appearances in the Court of Appeal. In his new role, he will collaborate with National Head of Construction and Engineering Chris Holwell and Leeds-based Construction and Engineering Partner Rachael Yates to further expand Freeths’ presence in the region.
