According to our research at The UK Domain, 71 per cent of small business owners say they’ve been stressed out at work in the previous year, and 26 per cent say balancing work and personal duties is a major cause of stress for them. Other causes of stress were the need to fulfil deadlines (24%), stay on top of administrative work (21%), and Brexit concerns (21%). (7 per cent). 7%
