Totally plc, a provider of frontline healthcare services and corporate fitness and wellbeing services, has reported a pre-tax loss alongside a decrease in revenues. In the 12-month period ending on March 31, 2024, the Derby-based company experienced a 21% decrease in revenue to £106.7 million, down from £135.7 million the previous year. Furthermore, as Totally restructured and downsized its team, the company saw a pre-tax loss of £3.9 million, contrasting with a £1.8 million profit in the previous fiscal year. Looking ahead, the business anticipates a further decline in revenues to £85 million for the year ending March 31, 2025.
Simon Stilwell, Chairman, acknowledged the challenges faced by the group, stating, “It was undoubtedly a difficult year for the Group but the actions on costs, structure, internal process and financial controls taken in the second half of the year have seen a stabilisation in the business.” He added, “As we look to the year ahead, we are a stronger organization with clear accountability and improving performance.”
