AAB has recently welcomed two new team members to their Leeds office. Patrick Lynch has been appointed as Corporate Finance Partner, while Harris Jones joins as Corporate Finance Manager. This addition comes after the merger of Sagars, a Leeds-based accountancy firm, with AAB in 2021. This move has allowed AAB to expand their services for businesses and individuals in the North of England and across the UK.

Patrick, with over 14 years of experience in professional services, brings expertise in both buying and selling roles for SMEs and private equity firms in the UK. He will be joining six other Partners and Directors in AAB’s corporate finance leadership team across the UK and Ireland.

On the other hand, Harris has accumulated significant experience as a Corporate Finance Advisor, advising shareholders, management teams, and institutional investors in the mid-market. With a background in the M&A team of a global environmental consultancy group and as a Lecturer of Finance at Leeds Business School, Harris will bring valuable skills to the team.

Gordon Steele, Head of Corporate Finance, expressed his excitement about welcoming Patrick and Harris, noting the value they will add to the team. James Hunt, Head of Leeds, also shared his enthusiasm for the enhanced range of services now available to clients in the North of England.
