Blaby District Council has granted planning permission for the development of Stoney Stanton Business Park in Stoney Stanton, Leicestershire. The project, led by Clowes Developments in partnership with IMA Architects, will bring forth eight industrial/warehouse buildings of various sizes. These units, ranging from 5,942 sq ft to 28,717 sq ft, will be available for purchase or rent.

“We are committed to enhancing the local economy and promoting future growth by developing sites that meet the needs of growing businesses,” says Kevin Webster, Associate Director at Clowes Developments. The upcoming Stoney Stanton Business Park aims to create a vibrant hub for thriving businesses in the area.

Tim Gilbertson, Director at FHP, notes the demand for new development in the M69 Corridor, Hinckley, and South Leicester. The scheme offers an opportunity for local occupiers to expand with a range of building sizes available.

“We are keen to invite early interest from any party looking to purchase or rent space,” says Mike Allwood, Director at Andrew + Ashwell. Interest is expected from companies in the area as well as business owners seeking a convenient location away from the daily commute in the M69 and M1 corridor.
