The new manager of the GM Business Growth Hub’s flagship ASCEND Scale Up Programme states that it has been designed to assist businesses in managing rapid growth. Kellie Noon, founder of Interkultura International and an expert in business growth, will lead the dynamic, six-month initiative scheduled to begin in mid-September 2024. The program offers personalised coaching and mentoring, assistance with developing growth plans, fireside chats with experienced founders, and delivery days facilitated by ASCEND partner KPMG, including an opening ‘Strategy to Action’ workshop. Access to specialist advisors from both GM Business Growth Hub and KPMG will also be provided. A cohort of 25 founders, poised for exponential growth, will have the opportunity to attend Web Summit in Lisbon in November, where they will meet with global investors and businesses from around the world. Founders interested in participating are invited to apply by August 2, 2024, with interviews to be conducted between August 5-16. More information can be found at the official website.
