Cardiff’s Yard Data is making an international move.

Koios Consulting, a Croatia-based analytical systems implementation specialist, has acquired a data analytics agency located in Cardiff, Yard Data. Cowgills, a Manchester-based accounting firm, advised Yard Data in the sale of its business. Yard Data caters to enterprise-level customers by supplying analytics and insights, audience profiling, and data personalisation. This acquisition marks a significant stride for both Koios and Yard Data. The integration allows the companies to combine their analytical resources and build top-tier solutions and improve their business operations. The CEO of Koios, Stjepan Pavlek Posavec, stated that acquiring Yard Data would expand Koios’ clientele across the corporate and financial services milieu in the UK and Europe.
