LDC, a private equity investor under Lloyds Banking Group, has recently made a noteworthy minority investment in Creative ITC, a cloud service provider. The investment will support Creative ITC’s organic and acquisitive growth strategy. Based in London with a global datacentre, Creative ITC offers high-performance cloud computing solutions for the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. Its products include Desktop-as-a-Service and data storage and backup/recovery solutions. The international data centre footprint of Creative ITC allows its solutions to cater to high-speed and low-latency applications and data processing and storage on a global scale, which has attracted customers such as WSP, AtkinsRéalis, and Foster + Partners.
Creative ITC has a robust track record of growth, having increased its annual recurring revenues and customer base by over 90% within two years while expanding internationally to the Middle East, North America, and Australia. LDC supports Keith Ali and Eamon Murchan, co-owners and management team of Creative ITC, in delivering its growth strategy, entering new markets, and enhancing product capabilities. LDC’s flexible funding will enable Creative ITC to explore other acquisitions. Chris Baker and Tom Jervis will join the board as non-executive directors, while Mark Thompson will join the board as a non-executive chair. Mr Ali said he is excited to continue providing great value to clients alongside LDC support in growing Creative ITC. Meanwhile, Mr Murchan is thrilled to partner with LDC as Creative ITC continues to provide exceptional solutions to customers.
LDC believes that the excellent management team of Creative ITC combines deep technical domain expertise with in-depth knowledge of the unique technology challenges of the AEC market. The business is growing quickly and is well placed to capitalise on increasing levels of demand while continually providing customers with market-leading service levels and unrivalled domain expertise.
