Evelyn Partners, a prominent wealth management and professional services group, has finalized an agreement to acquire the northern city offices of Haines Watts in Manchester, Leeds, and Newcastle. These locations offer a wide range of services to support owner-managed businesses.
This acquisition will see five partners, nine directors, and over 150 colleagues from Haines Watts joining Evelyn Partners’ Professional Services business, significantly enhancing its presence in the north of England. This marks the sixth acquisition for Evelyn Partners’ Professional Services business in 2023, bolstering its organic growth and extending its geographic reach by integrating top-tier firms.
