Marc Russell, who has been with the company for over three years, has been promoted to the role of Chief Commercial Officer from his previous position as head of customer care and regional UK sales. With over 25 years of experience within automotive sales and a strong track record of working with dealer networks and parts aftermarket, Russell has played a key role in the growth and retention of its strategic partnerships, such as Bosch and The RAC. In his new role, Russell will oversee the development of new fleet and warranty products and commercialize the company’s network of independent garages.
Matt Wrankmore has been promoted from his role as senior operations manager, to head of the garage network at FixMyCar. With 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Wrankmore previously worked at Halfords and has been instrumental in supporting and managing the garage network in his two years at FixMyCar.
