Tech Climbers is making its second appearance in Manchester following the success of last year’s inaugural gathering. This initiative is designed to feature top-performing product-led technology businesses across the United Kingdom and aims to gather data to position Greater Manchester as a worldwide, investable tech destination. After the opening event on September 26th at The Stables in Manchester, entries will be welcomed and are expected to attract some of the region’s brightest tech stars.
Anna Heyes, CEO of Active Profile and founder of Tech Climbers, stated, “We’re back in Manchester bigger and better than ever with our incredible partners, ready to champion the groundbreaking, innovative tech businesses that the region has to offer.” The event aims to provide startups with the platform to communicate with investors, other founders, and advisors.
Ayan Mohamed, founder of Digitech Oasis and 2023 Tech Climber, commented, “platforms like Tech Climbers provide not just recognition but a stage for collaboration, investment, and growth. This initiative is more than a list; it’s a community, and we’re proud to be part of it.” The event will be hosted by Mo Aldalou, advisor at Tech Climbers and programme director at Baltic Ventures.
Tech Climbers has received support from numerous partners, including tech investors, local government, trade bodies, and academic institutions. The judges will compile the final list of successful businesses that have demonstrated their impact, innovation, and investment potential in Greater Manchester.
