Situated in a retail parade on Borough Road, this location is known for its mix of commercial and residential spaces with nearby establishments such as cafes, restaurants, and a LIDL supermarket. One crucial factor that drew G&C Healthcare Ltd, a homecare agency specializing in housekeeping, companionship, and personal care, to these premises was their prime location.
After finalizing the agreement, Rushton Hickman’s client renovated the premises, turning them into a bare brick ‘shell’ and adding an opening to connect Suites 1 and 5 according to the tenant’s needs.
