With the start of the 2024 Leeds Digital Festival less than two months away, the organisers are urging the Leeds tech community to submit event details before the final deadline of 5pm on Wednesday 24 July. Running from 16 to 27 September, this year’s festival is the biggest open platform tech event in the UK outside London and marks the ninth year of the celebration of all the tech achievements within the Leeds City region.

To deliver the best possible experience for the tech community in Leeds, businesses and individuals looking to host an event as part of the programme must ensure that the event has a clear relationship with technology and offers clear value to the attendees. Although the festival is known as “the tech event for everyone,” events must have a clear relevance for the region. The festival welcomes hosts, attendees and speakers from other areas.

Stuart Clarke MBE, the festival director, said, “The appetite for this year’s event looks to be stronger than ever,” encouraged anyone with a passion for digital to get involved by submitting their event details before the deadline. The organisers aim to make this year’s programme the most packed in the festival’s history, with a more diverse range of events than ever before.

To avoid disappointment, individuals should submit their entries before the deadline. Anyone with a passion for digital can submit event details here.
