Manchester-based digital transformation company ANS has appointed Kyle Hill, previously technical services delivery director, to the role of chief technology officer. The promotion will enhance ANS’s focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and digitisation and support Microsoft’s strategy for helping companies become AI-ready. Hill, who joined ANS in June 2023, has more than a decade of experience in UK and South Africa technology advisory services, and is one of six Microsoft most valuable professionals (MVPs) at ANS as well as a Microsoft regional director.
“Kyle has already been invaluable to the team during his time at ANS, from delivering innovative solutions for our clients to playing a pivotal role in the development and progress of his team,” said Richard Thompson, CEO. “I’ve no doubt that he’ll embrace this new position to drive forward our mission of creating a tech movement that everyone wants to be a part of.”
Hill added that businesses of all sizes must prepare for the future with AI, and he looks forward to “facilitating the introduction of the innovative work processes that AI brings customers, making ANS a leader in making future visions a reality today and kickstarting a revolution in business operations.”
