Phenna Group, based in Nottingham, specialises in investing in and partnering with niche, independent Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) companies. Recently, the company has successfully acquired Oracle Surveys.

This acquisition marks Phenna Group’s fifth deal in the APAC Region this year and adds to its portfolio of businesses in Australia, making Oracle Surveys the eleventh addition. This move enhances Phenna Group’s existing building certification services across various jurisdictions.

Oracle Surveys, a well-established land surveying consultancy operating in Western Australia since 2000, has a strong track record of servicing the market. They have been involved in major projects in Perth and have completed numerous residential surveys and land divisions.

Specializing in providing land surveying and spatial capture solutions for construction, infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments, Oracle Surveys has worked with a diverse range of clients, including construction companies, property developers, engineering firms, and government authorities.

Glenn Galvin, Managing Director of Oracle Surveys, expressed his excitement about the partnership with Phenna Group, stating, “From our first interaction with the Phenna Group, we knew that we had found the perfect fit. We’re excited to collaborate with Brett and his team as we embark on our next phase of continued growth.”

Brett Coleman, Divisional MD of APAC at Phenna Group, welcomed Oracle Surveys to the group, highlighting their market leadership in Western Australia and the synergy between their capabilities and Phenna Group’s operations. He looks forward to supporting Oracle Surveys in achieving their growth objectives.

Phil Marshall, CEO of Phenna Group, shared his enthusiasm for the acquisition, noting that Oracle Surveys’ technical expertise expands Phenna Group’s services within the built environment and beyond. This strategic move strengthens Phenna Group’s presence in Australia, setting the stage for Oracle Surveys’ success within the group.

In finalizing the deal, Phenna Group received advisory support from RSM Melbourne and Macpherson Kelley, while Oracle Surveys were advised by RSM Perth and Mills Oakley.
