Phenna Group, based in Nottingham, specialises in investing in and partnering with niche, independent Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) companies. Recently, the company has successfully acquired Oracle Surveys.
This acquisition marks Phenna Group’s fifth deal in the APAC Region this year and adds to its portfolio of businesses in Australia, making Oracle Surveys the eleventh addition. This move enhances Phenna Group’s existing building certification services across various jurisdictions.
Oracle Surveys, a well-established land surveying consultancy operating in Western Australia since 2000, has a strong track record of servicing the market. They have been involved in major projects in Perth and have completed numerous residential surveys and land divisions.
Specializing in providing land surveying and spatial capture solutions for construction, infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments, Oracle Surveys has worked with a diverse range of clients, including construction companies, property developers, engineering firms, and government authorities.
