Experienced HR professional Brendan Bah, with close to 30 years of experience in both large-scale public and private sector organizations, has recently joined LCF Law’s employment law division in Leeds. In his new role as an employment law advisor, Brendan will work alongside LCF Law partner James Austin to provide guidance on various HR related matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies.

He will also be responsible for drafting and updating employment contracts, HR policies, and procedures for clients of all sizes and industries, including those enrolled in LCF Works, the firm’s expert employment law and HR advice package. Additionally, Brendan will be actively involved in organizing presentations, such as mock employment tribunals, to help employers understand the intricacies of tribunal hearings.

With a career in HR dating back to 1995, Brendan has worked with prominent organizations such as ivolve Care & Support and Premier Farnell. His approach to HR issues focuses on finding a balance between employer and employee interests to ensure fairness and professionalism in all dealings.

James Austin expressed his excitement for Brendan’s addition to the team, highlighting his extensive experience in handling routine HR tasks as well as complex projects like large-scale redundancies. Together with LCF Law’s legal expertise, Brendan’s expertise further enhances the firm’s comprehensive offerings for businesses seeking HR and legal support.
