Purpose Media, a strategic marketing agency based in South Normanton, has recently made key changes to its account management team in order to further enhance its services. The consultancy, which specializes in web, digital, creative, and video solutions to drive client growth, has seen significant success in 2024 with a number of new business wins.
To strengthen its expert marketing support, Purpose Media has promoted Georgia Weston to senior account manager and welcomed Laura Tiltina and Emma Tatman to the team. Georgia, who joined the company in 2022 as an account executive, quickly demonstrated her marketing prowess and client relationship skills, earning a promotion to account manager within a year. Now, having played a key role in generating six-figure growth for the agency, Georgia assumes the position of senior account manager, taking on a more strategic role in managing key projects.
According to Account Director Matt Bonser, Georgia’s promotion exemplifies Purpose Media’s dedication to nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth within the company. He stated, “Georgia’s success highlights our commitment to fostering talent and promoting from within. Her exceptional marketing abilities, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit and client-focused approach, make her a valuable asset to our team.”
Georgia, on the other hand, attributes her success to her industry experience and Purpose Media’s holistic approach to client partnerships. She emphasized the agency’s transparent and results-driven methodology, ensuring that clients’ objectives remain at the forefront of all marketing activities.
In addition to Georgia’s promotion, Purpose Media has expanded its account management team with the addition of Emma Tatman as an account manager and Laura Tiltina as an account executive. Emma, a marketing graduate with experience in both industry and agency settings, brings expertise in online and offline marketing, event planning, and relationship management. Laura, a graphic design graduate, joins the team as part of a Level 4 Chartered Institute of Marketing-accredited apprenticeship, focusing on multi-channel marketing strategies.
Matt added, “Both Emma and Laura will bring fresh talent and energy to our team, supporting our mission to explore innovative ways to drive client growth and success.”
