Leading the team is Tim Richardson, a surveyor with over 30 years of experience, who will focus on commercial property valuations. Meanwhile, Chris Beale will specialize in residential and mixed-use property valuations, covering a range of portfolio sizes and specific valuation needs, including Help To Buy equity loans repayment.
Tim Richardson, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer, brings a wealth of expertise in commercial property matters such as investment property valuations, loan security valuations, and private valuations for various purposes. Jason Barnsdale, Group Managing Director at Barnsdales, expressed his enthusiasm for the new team members, highlighting their diverse industry experience and the positive outlook of commercial markets.

Joining Tim is Chris Beale, a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with 25 years of post-qualification experience, specializing in RICS Red Book Valuations for lending institutions and detailed surveys for individual clients.
