LegalTech company Summize has experienced year-on-year growth of over 100% in net annual recurring revenue and has doubled its global customer base. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the company has achieved such significant growth. Summize’s clientele includes Seat Geek, Matillion, Huel, Avaloq, Revolut, and Miami Heat. The company’s contract lifecycle management tools enable all business departments to perform contract-related tasks via a self-service approach without introducing risk. They integrate their contract workflows natively into widely used software such as Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira. In-house legal teams then set the clause rulebooks and automated workflows.
Kimberly Trull, Head of Legal at Matillion, praised Summize for winning out over ten other vendors: “Summize won over everyone in terms of use and functionality. The Summize AI integration is so simple, and the onboarding and implementation support is incredible.” Currently, 40% of Summize’s annual recurring revenue is generated from North America. The company plans to expand further into the United States and will open a new 2,500 square foot office in Boston’s Seaport District. CEO Tom Dunlop said that Summize prioritizes user experience and the way modern companies operate today.
Summize’s growth is a testimony to their team’s hard work, the product itself, and their valued customers. The company’s new approach to contract lifecycle management eliminates the bureaucratic and often tedious aspects of contract-related tasks. This approach allows for seamless legal approvals and faster revenue generation and growth. Summize helps legal teams automate and use AI in building an efficient contract lifecycle management process.
