Additionally, The Access Group has also acquired Onboarded’s sister company, smartAI, a personalized conversation platform tailored for recruiters. This acquisition aligns with Access’s goal to empower recruiters globally with practical AI solutions on a daily basis.
With this recent development, Access Recruitment will be able to offer its clients the opportunity to streamline and expedite the onboarding process, ensuring full compliance of candidates. Impressively, 84% of candidates utilizing the Onboarded platform complete their onboarding within 24 hours.
