The construction of a large student accommodation complex has been finished at The Island Quarter.

The Island Quarter’s newest phase is set to open its doors as construction wraps up on Winfield Court, a 693-bed student accommodation development that will welcome students in September for the 2024/25 academic year. Fresh, an experienced Nottingham student accommodation provider, will manage the student scheme for The Conygar Investment Company, with construction by Bowmer+Kirkland and design by Leonard Design Architects. Offering high-level sky lounges and private courtyard spaces, the new facility provides students with stunning city views and versatile areas for work, socializing, dining, and exercise. The completion of Winfield Court marks the beginning of a vibrant student community at The Island Quarter, providing students with more than just a place to live but also a dynamic and welcoming environment for learning and socializing. Plans for future intergenerational living at The Island Quarter include rental apartments and family housing on site, further enhancing the diverse community.
