Yorkshire Building Society is set to welcome Holly Rankin as its new Chief People Officer in December of this year. With over 28 years of experience in human resources, including 16 years in financial services, Holly will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
Coming from Barclays Bank, where she served as MD HR, Holly has previously held key HR positions at Lloyds Banking Group and Santander UK. Her experience includes shaping and leading strategic people plans focused on culture change, talent development, reward systems, and leadership capabilities.
Holly is also a dedicated volunteer as a Board member at Smart Works, Birmingham, a charity that empowers women to gain confidence and secure employment opportunities, transforming their lives in the process.
