The sale of RNB Group has been finalized, securing the future of the direct mail, fulfilment, and print specialist company. All 30 employees’ jobs have been preserved as a result of the successful transaction. The business, which has been operating for nearly two decades from its base in Silver Royd Business Park, manages complete marketing campaigns, offering services such as creative design, digital and inkjet printing, and data services.

When facing financial challenges, the directors of RNB Group sought assistance from Begbies Traynor to find a suitable buyer. Within a short span of two weeks, the business was acquired by PDMF, a company specializing in print and delivery services. The new owner will retain all 30 employees and continue operations at the company’s current location in Leeds.

Legal advice in the sale process was provided by LCF Law for the administrators and Freeths for the acquiring company. Begbies Traynor Group, led by Bob Maxwell and Louise Longley, facilitated the successful sale of RNB Group.

In a statement, joint administrator Bob Maxwell expressed, “RNB Group is a long-standing and reputable Leeds business that experienced temporary cash flow issues. We acted swiftly to market the business and secure its future under new ownership. This development is positive news for the staff, suppliers, and customers as the business transitions to new hands.”
